Beach House II

RRL Design and Architecture was commissioned to design a large beach house in a peculiar site along the top of a hill allowing the residence to enjoy 360 degree views of the natural landscape and Pacific Ocean. The house revolves around a central circular living space which is an expression of the topography. The central living room enjoys 270-degree views and radiates three branches encompassing different programmatic elements of the house. The design blends with the topography of the site and interacts with the outdoors through the positioning of various elements along terraces and garden levels.
