A Residential Interior New Construction which included Interior Design, Custom Furniture Design and Decoration. RRL Design and Architecture envisioned a modern loft apartment in which diverse areas got the privacy desired, but simultaneously remained integrated in the form of an open floorplan. The central bedroom is elevated by a few steps from the rest of the apartment and divided by half walls. This simple design feature gives complete privacy for the bedroom occupants while these can look into the surrounding living areas from inside the bedroom as if they were in a mezzanine. Light maple floors along with surfaces in white and light earth tones enhance the openness of this loft. The design of the built-ins is minimalistic to avoid disturbances to the clean lines of this loft. The furnishings are eclectic and modern with slight hints of color making it an incredibly inviting and comfortable home.
